WHO WE ARE

AZMAN, DAVIDSON & CO. is a law firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The firm was founded in 1981 and has over 30 lawyers and 50 support staff, making it one of the largest mid-sized firms in the country.

We provide a full range of corporate and commercial legal services. Our particular core competencies are in the fields of construction law, tax law, energy law (especially oil & gas), company law, information technology, insolvency, insurance, joint ventures and international litigation and arbitration. Other areas of services provided include mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, banking, debt recovery, shipping, conveyancing, employment law and telecommunications.

Our experience includes documentation vetting and advice in relation to major building and infrastructure projects such as the Putrajaya government complexes, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Light Rapid Transit (LRT), the Perak state water privatization scheme and various packages of the North South Highway projects. We also do a variety of legal work for corporations, both local and multinational including several major oil companies.

We are a leading firm in arbitration, adjudication and other forms of dispute resolution as well as litigation.
